  • What if something is damaged during a cleaning?

If something is damaged while we're providing our commercial janitorial cleaning services, Marquis Commercial Solutions will cover the cost of the expense to replace it.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

According to the United States Bureau of Labor, around 80% of companies outsource their cleaning services rather than maintaining in-house cleaning staff. If you're ready to let us provide business or school cleaning services, call today!

  • Do you run background checks on your employees?

Yes. We run background checks on all of our employees before they can begin working with our commercial office cleaning team.

  • Do I need to supply any products for your cleaning?

No. When you hire us for our office, school, or medical building cleaning services, we'll bring any necessary products and order more products for you if needed.

  • What do you do if you notice something is broken or dangerous during your cleaning?

As your experienced provider of office and school cleaning services, we notify building managers if we notice any problems with fire hazards or things like broken light bulbs so that your maintenance team can fix the issues.

  • Do you do any disinfecting services?

Yes! As part of our commercial janitorial cleaning services, we disinfect high-touch areas. We also disinfect if there's been an outbreak of the flu or COVID-19.

  • Do you go through ongoing training?

In order to provide high-quality school and medical building cleaning services, we go to trade shows and communicate with brand reps to make sure we are using the most up-to-date equipment and supplies.

  • What type of training do your employees go through?

Before providing commercial janitorial cleaning services, all of our employees go through training in:

    • Ergonomics (proper lifting)

    • Terminal cleaning
    • MSDS
    • Personal protective equipment
